A month of community fundraising is set to begin with fun events and charity challenges.

Como Lounge in Witney will launch its LoungeAid 2026 campaign, an annual fundraising effort organised by the Loungers group across its 271 Lounge venues, 37 Cosy Clubs, and four Brightside locations.

Each Lounge chooses a cause that matters to its team and community.

Como Lounge has selected MS Together.

Dec Tate, general manager at Como Lounge, said: "Supporting MS Together is something that means a great deal to the whole team at Como Lounge.

"Multiple sclerosis has affected the family members and close friends of several of our staff, so this is a cause that feels very close to our hearts."

Events planned for the month include a charity football match against Berro Lounge in Didcot, a 20-mile charity walk, drag bingo, a raffle, puppy meet-up, and a quiz night.

Last year, LoungeAid raised £285,000 nationwide.
