Scales of Justice results from Oxford Magistrates' Court

CHANTELLE AUSTIN, 35, of Winterbourne Close, Bicester, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order on March 13, March 26 and April 2 this year. She was ordered to pay a fine of £50.

WAY JOHN, 50, of Patrick Haugh Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to two counts of failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. These were committed on June 5, 12 and 19 this year. He was ordered to pay a fine of £80 and a victim surcharge of £64. There were no orders for costs.

KIYAN KIANI, 31, of Coach House Mews, Bicester, pleaded guilty to one count of drug driving and one count of speeding in a 50mph zone in a VW Golf on the A41 at Bicester on February 16 this year. He was ordered to pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £220 and a fine of £550. He was also banned from the road for 38 months.

BEN MAIDMENT, 28, of Church Street, Didcot, pleaded guilty to using threatening / abusive / insulting words / behaviour to cause harassment / alarm / distress and assaulting a police officer in Didcot on May 30 this year. He was ordered to pay costs of £85 and a fine of £80. He was also ordered to complete six months of alcohol rehabilitation.

MATTHEW BRAMALL, 34, of Granby Road, Nuneaton, pleaded guilty to one count of drug driving on the M40 near Banbury in a Ford Ranger on January 23 this year. He was ordered to pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £240 and a fine of £600. He was also banned from the road for 17 months.

NICHOLAS HOPKINS, 45, of Miller Way, Adderbury, Banbury, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and without third party insurance in a Vauxhall Astra at Blackwell Drive, Banbury, on June 22 this year. He was ordered to pay costs of £85 and he was banned from the road for 27 months. He was also ordered to complete 200 hours of unpaid work.

MATTHEW TRINDER, 55, of Marston Road, Marston, Oxford, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in a white Peugeot Partner on the A40 at Oxford on December 6 last year. He was banned from the road for 36 months and ordered to pay a fine of £120.

CARLY WESTMACOTT, 35, of Camm Drive, Milton, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to one count of drug driving in a black Mercedes at Centenary Square, Birmingham, on June 4 this year. She was ordered to pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £48 and a fine of £120. She was also banned from the road for 16 months.

SIMON KIETEN, 63, of Robert Road, Tipton, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft from shops in Bicester on September 7 last year. The total value of the items stolen was £527. He was ordered to pay a fine of £100.

BRADLEY FINE, 39, of Poplar Grove, Kennington, Oxford, pleaded guilty to using threatening / abusive / insulting words / behaviour to cause harassment / alarm / distress, one count of assault by beating and one count of assaulting a police officer in Abingdon on November 16 last year. He was handed a six-month prison sentence, suspended for 24 months. He must also comply with the orders of the responsible officer to attend appointments for a maximum of 25 days and complete 250 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay compensation of £300.
