A popular chicken shop in Oxfordshire has been restored with a good food hygiene rating after a poor one earlier this year.
USA Fried Chicken and Pizza on Corn Street in Witney was handed a one-out-of-five food hygiene rating after a recent inspection.
Now, the eatery has been given a five-out-of-five rating after another inspection.
The eatery, which is popular amongst residents, was given the initial rating after a visit from West Oxfordshire District environmental health officers in July.
But following a re-inspection in September the business was restored with a good score.
The management of food safety at the site was highlighted as a problem with 'major improvement necessary' requested in the hygiene report.

This is the system or checks in place to ensure that food sold or served is safe to eat, evidence that staff know about food safety, and the food safety officer has confidence that standards will be maintained in future.
Both the hygienic food handling and cleanliness and condition of facilities and building was also deemed 'improvement necessary'.

But now inspectors have deemed all aspects of the takeaway as good.
The eatery has long been a favourite of visitors and residents in Witney.
The shop offers a range of meals including chicken, pizza, chips and cheese.
