Sir – I have just spent one month in Didcot visiting my 96-year-old mother who has resided in Didcot for over 70 years.
I have now assisted my mother on a move to a care home. I cannot believe the disgusting state of Didcot Broadway and so called shopping centre. The roadways are so uneven and dangerous for motorists.
Cullen Way footpath has been a rubbish dump since I have been visiting most years since 1981.
The town is so overpopulated causing problems for doctors, social services etc. I found that personal service is non-existent in most cases. My above comments are shared by numerous friends who once resided in Didcot.
