WITNEY’S world champion kickboxer India Mae Thompson won a top honour at the British Martial Arts Awards in Lilleshall.
The 15-year-old scooped the accolade as the young female martial artist.
The youngster was recognised for winning three world championships titles in three countries inside 29 days.
During the month she collected an amazing haul of seven golds, six silvers and three bronze.
Among the winners was former Superstars champion and judo Olympian Brian Jacks who picked up the award for the book of the year.
