OLLIE Price scored 31 as he made an impressive start to life in first-class cricket.
The Oxfordshire all-rounder, from Cumnor, is playing in his debut LV=Insurance County Championship game for Gloucestershire against Middlesex.
Price lined-up in the same team as older brother Tom in an
Oxon-heavy XI, with another pair of siblings, Jack and Matt Taylor, involved alongside Miles Hammond.
The former Magdalen College School pupil's knock helped Gloucestershire to 248 in their first innings of the four-day clash at Cheltenham.
He came in at 7 and took 62 balls to reach the total, scoring five fours, before he was bowled by Ethan Bamber.
Ollie, who turned 20 last month, signed his first professional contract with Gloucestershire in January 2020, days after his 21-year-old brother.
He captained all of Oxfordshire's age-group sides and joined Gloucestershire's academy in December 2016.
Price is also a right arm off-spin bowler and his first over today went for five.
