Milton booked their place in the second round of the Junior Cup after a 4-3 extra-time victory over Minster Lovell.
Phil Benfield and David Jeynes notched doubles for the hosts, and although Minster hit back through Dan Bishop, Mike Haines and Craig Sallis, Milton held on.
Bampton Town Res eased through with a 3-0 win over Tackley, their goals coming from Tom Madden, Dan Oyston and Richard Ghagan.
Ducklington Res saw off West Witney Res 4-1, Adam Clarke, Ian Peedle, Ray Read and Richard Newman on target, and Alex Thorne replying.
Witney Royals saw off Chippy Swifts 3-0, thanks to goals from Steve Brasier, Matt Thompson and Joe Sanders.
Carl Shepherd scored twice as Brize Norton Res beat Kingham AB Res 4-3.
Ryan Healing and Ollie Puddle grabbed the others, while Miles Harding (2) and Chris Mills replied.
