BANBURY United know a win tonight would ensure Vanarama National League North football next season.

The Puritans’ five-game unbeaten run came to an end with a 1-0 defeat at Bradford (Park Avenue) on Saturday, but three points against Alfreton Town would guarantee league survival.

Andy Whing’s side are 17th in National League North, seven points above the relegation zone.

They welcome an Alfreton side sitting in seventh and inside the play-offs on goal difference.

North Leigh must win their remaining two games to stay in Southern League Premier South, beginning with a trip to Plymouth Parkway on Thursday evening.

In Southern League Central Division, Kidlington visit Welwyn Garden City tonight in a rearranged clash.
