OXFORD United stayed in sixth place after a frozen pitch saw their clash at home to Northampton Town postponed.

Three other Sky Bet League One matches were also called off yesterday due to frozen pitches, with Cheltenham Town v Carlisle United, Port Vale v Wycombe Wanderers, and Stevenage v Barnsley all falling foul of the weather.

Portsmouth remain top of the League One table, courtesy of a 1-0 win at bottom side Fleetwood Town, with Abu Kamara netting the only goal of the game.

Peterborough United came from behind at Shrewsbury Town, to ensure the Posh stayed second in the division, and a point behind Pompey.

Jordan Shipley gave the Shrews the lead four minutes before half-time, but goals from Joel Randall and Josh Knight turned the match around.

Derby County, in third, secured a goalless draw at Lincoln City, who moved up to 11th.

Fourth-placed Bolton Wanderers missed the chance to go close the gap to the automatic promotion places after losing 1-0 at Leyton Orient.

Former U’s striker Dan Agyei scored for the third consecutive game, to secure Orient all three points.

Blackpool, in eighth position, moved to within four points of the top six after a 2-1 win at Bristol Rovers.

CJ Hamilton and Karamoko Dembele gave the Seasiders a 2-0 lead, before Chris Martin pulled a goal back for the Pirates.

Wigan Athletic moved up to 13th after a 1-0 win at home to Reading. Thelo Aasgaard scored the only goal of the match, shortly after the half hour mark.

Cambridge United drew 0-0 at Exeter City, while Burton Albion won 2-0 at home to Charlton Athletic. Mark Helm and John Brayford netted for the Brewers.
