NORTH Leigh never recovered after a disastrous first half as they lost 4-1 away to Division 1 South & West high-fliers Tiverton Town.
Levi Landricombe scored twice from close range in the first half-hour to put the hosts in charge and Jamie Short’s 42nd minute goal made it 3-0 at the break.
After a lambasting from boss John Brough, the Millers upped their game in the second half and Matty Sysum missed two great chances.
Tiverton added a fourth goal in the 78th minute through Michael Landricombe before Andy Gunn scored a lone consolation goal for Leigh two minutes later both goals scored from close range as players scrambled in either penalty area amid the churned up mud.

Struggling Wantage Town lost 4-1 at Wimborne Town, their only goal coming from Callum Preece in the 39th minute.
