SCOTT Gavin Passed away peacefully, at Witney Community Hospital, on 22nd September 2015, aged 80 years. Beloved Husband of Anne, Father and Grandfather, he will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service will be held on Monday 5th October 2015, at Witney Methodist Church, High Street, Witney, at 1.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for' League of Friends' (raising funds for an Ambulance Car, Witney Hospital) c/o Greens Funeral Services, 8 Bridge Street, Witney, OXON, OX28 6YH.
