BARLOW George William Known to many as Bill, Uncle Bill, Mr B and the Punching Pastor passed away peacefully at Witney Community Hospital on 2nd June 2017. Loved by many for his dedication to children's social care in Oxfordshire and as a Local Methodist Preacher. Funeral Service will be held at the High Street Methodist Church, Witney on Tuesday 27th June at 10.00am. Donations in Bill's memory c/o Greens Funeral Services, 8 Bridge Street, Witney, OX28 1HY, Tel: 01993 776485.
