Thomas Thomas The family of the late Tom Thomas, would like to say thank you to family and friends for all the cards, floral tributes and donations received for Downs Syndrome Assocation. We would also like to thank Peter Smith & Son for seeing all of our wishes were realised and conducting a personal funeral for Tom. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement. It broke our heart to lose you, But you didn't go alone. For part of us went with you, The day God called you home.
