CLIVE MERRY, 76, of Longfields, Bicester, admitted unlawfully and maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm upon a person on April 11. Given a two-year conditional discharge and fined £1,220. Given a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
* Amendments have been made to the entry for Clive Merry as a result of incorrect information being published initally. He was not, as we reported, convicted of any drink driving offences.
LISA TERRY, 39, of Cherry Road, Banbury, admitted to stealing a wallet, bank card and ID card in Horse Fair, Banbury, on May 7. Given a one-year conditional discharge. Ordered to pay £15 victims’ surcharge and £35 costs.
