WEST Oxfordshire’s green country show, the Wychwood Forest Fair, takes place on Sunday, September 1.
Entertainment will include morris dancers, Aunt Sally, ferret racing and model boat driving.
The fair is at Foxburrow Wood, the Wychwood Project’s newest community wood, off Crawley Road, just north of Witney.
Fair visitors will be able to join a guided tour, see plans for completion of the wood and participate in the project’s Plant-a-Tree and Dedicate-a-Tree schemes.
The event runs from 11am to 5pm. Entry is £6 and under-12s will be admitted free of charge.
