A 45-YEAR-OLD man will be sentenced today after admitting causing death by dangerous driving on the A40 last year.
Andrew Myers, of Hazelwell Crescent, in Birmingham, was involved in an accident near Witney, on September 5.
A passenger in his car, Herve Bakundukize, died in hospital after the crash.
Myers, who is on bail, will be sentenced at Oxford Crown Court.
