THERE are delays of up to 20 minutes on trains to Oxford this morning.
The First Great Western service from Worcester Shrub Hill to Oxford has been disrupted due to signalling problems.
The issue came from signalling equipment at Pershore.
Tickets are being accepted on London Midland and Virgin Trains services.
Meanwhile, traffic on the A40 is very heavy this morning and has been for two hours, with commuters and public transport experiencing delays.
Large queues are forming eastbound in Cassington between Eynsham Roundabout and Wolvercote Roundabout.
Traffic is also slow westbound on the Northern Bypass in Oxford from Marston to Cutteslowe Roundabout.
Stagecoach Oxford buses will be delayed, in particular the 11, 18, S1 and S2 services that use the A40.
There are no reports of any accidents or breakdowns on the road.
