The Soldiers of Oxfordshire museum is celebrating a £79,200 grant to help remember fallen soldiers of the First World War.
The grant by the Heritage Lottery Fund was awarded this week ahead of the centenary of the start of the First World War.
The museum in Harrisons Lane, Woodstock, is launching a project called Oxfordshire Remembers 1914-1918 with the first exhibition due to open in August.
The museum is celebrating the launch of the project today with volunteers and the grandsons of two Victoria Cross winners.
