FREE workouts are being offered as part of a campaign to get young people in West Oxfordshire to takie more exercise.
A session of cardio tennis, an exercise routine using tennis techniques to music, will take place at Bartholomew Sports Centre, in Back Lane, Eynsham, today from 1pm to 2pm.
Weekly sessions will be held until May 10, with the exception of April 12 and 19.
Skateboarding sessions led by a qualified instructor will be held at Long Hanborough Skate Park at the playing fields off Roosevelt Road from April 11 to May 16.
West Oxfordshire District Council has organised the sessions for people aged from 11 to 25 after receiving £17,000 funding from the Lottery-backed Sportivate London 2012 legacy programme.
