TOURIST businesses have just a week left to nominate candidates for the Oxfordshire Cotswolds Tourism Superstar award.
The aim of the competition, run by West Oxfordshire District Council and backed by the Witney Gazette and Visit England, is to find an unsung hero who ensures visitors to West Oxfordshire have an unforgettable experience.
Nominees must work in a business that welcomes visitors and go above and beyond the call of duty.
Nominations should be emailed by next Wednesday to diane.blackwell@westoxon.gov.uk or posted to Diane Blackwell, West Oxfordshire District Council, Woodgreen, Witney, OX28 1NB.
The shortlist of five finalists will be announced on Wednesday, July 2, and the public will then be asked to vote for their favourite in an online poll by Tuesday, July 29.
The winner will be revealed at a ceremony on Tuesday, August 15, at Eynsham Hall.
