Witney's Windrush Club is offering a Warm Space helping people deal with the rising cost of heating their homes this winter.
From November 11, the social club at 106 Witney High Street will be open offering people a place to gather and enjoy free tea, coffee and biscuits, on Monday and Friday afternoons.
Warm Welcome is a national scheme looking to support local communities to set up warm spaces.
Councils and other organisations are creating a network of hubs and libraries where people can come together to stay warm, enjoy some company and some hot refreshments as the weather turns colder.

It comes as many struggle with the rising cost of living and soaring energy bills.
The Windrush Club tweeted it was "sharing our warmth with dignity and respect".
