HASAN ZUBAIR, 22, of Alma Road, Banbury, admitted drunk and disorderly behaviour in Spiceball Park, Banbury, last June. Zubair was fined £120 and must pay a £60 victim surcharge.

DANIEL WEBB, 39, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stealing a £70 bike in Merton Street, Oxford. He received a community order with a 12 month drug rehabilitation requirement.

ATTILA ERDELYI, 27, of Main Road, Fyfield, admitted drug driving a Vauxhall Astra on the A4310 in Milton last August. Blood tests showed Erdelyi was almost twice the legal limit for cannabis. The bench imposed a £346 fine, 12 month roads ban and £223 in costs and surcharge.

GILLIAN BONTHRON, 45, of Oxford Road, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Volvo XC90 on Dunmore Road, Abingdon, last June. Urine tests showed she was less than one and a half times the legal limit. She had 147mlg of alcohol in 100ml of urine; the legal limit is 107. She was fined £2,077, banned from driving for 15 months and ordered to pay £916 in costs and surcharge.

RACHEL CANTWELL, 26, of Horninghold, Leics, admitted drink driving a Grand Vitara car in Silver Lane, Challow, last December. Tests showed she was almost three times the drink driving limit, blowing 97mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was banned from the roads for 23 months and received a community order with up to 30 probation sessions. The bench ordered she pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £118 victim surcharge.

ROGER CROOKS, 49, of Woodstock Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge.

HERYCLES, SOUSA, 27, of Barns Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to riding a Yamaha GPD on Oxford High Street without insurance. Sousa was fined £150, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £145 in costs and surcharge.

JOSHUA MCLUSKIE, 34, of Water Eaton Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving a ‘motorised scooter’ in Banbury Road in December. Tests showed he had 68mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, almost twice the legal limit. He was fined £461, banned from driving for 15 months and ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £184 victim surcharge.

CRAIG BUTIREYI, 33, of Forge Grove, Wokingham, admitted drink driving a black Mini Cooper on the A4074 at Benson. Tests showed he had 48mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath; the legal limit is 35mcgs. The bench imposed a £200 fine, 15 month driving ban and must pay £165 in costs and surcharge.

ISMAIL HUSSAIN, 24, of Britannia Road, Chesham, admitted damaging a Thames Valley Police codes of practice handbook at Abingdon police station last May. He was fined £66 and ordered to pay £9 compensation to the police and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

SHIREEN KHANUM, 31, of West Quay, Abingdon, was found guilty of failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis at Abingdon police station last April. The bench imposed a £660 fine, 12 month roads ban and £500 in costs.

MICHEAL NYAHODA, 19, of High Street, Benson, admitted driving a Seat Ibiza in Castle Square while over the drink driving limit, unlicensed and without insurance. Tests showed he had 160mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, exactly twice the legal limit. He was fined £120, banned from driving for 19 months and must pay a £48 victim surcharge.

BEN ALLUM, 38, of Joyce Way, Steventon, pleaded guilty to drink driving a VW Tiguan in Stonehill Lane, Abingdon. Tests showed he had 78mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, a little more than twice the legal limit. The magistrates fined him £350, imposed 10 penalty points on his licence and ordered he pay £225 in costs and surcharge.
