Bus changes do nothing for Deer Park residents
Sir – Further to your report regarding the change back to Stagecoach from Go Ride on the Witney town bus routes from Monday, I would like to point out this does not include Deer Park.
Stagecoach is not going to re-route the 233 back through the estate. Instead we are to have one bus a day in and out of Witney serviced by the Villager Community Bus.
The time of this bus means we have less than one hour to do any shopping in the town. How unfair is this?
Why could the council not have given a subsidy to Stagecoach to re-route the 233?
