Disgusting state
Sir – I would like to complain about the absolutely disgusting state of the frontage along Welch Way.
Outside the Witney Resource Centre, there are stinging nettles that easily get to a height of 5ft and lean over the footpath. In amongst it all is discarded food, wrappers and indeed sometimes food, just discarded, ideal for vermin to get in amongst.
