Chipping Norton clinched promotion to Division 2 with a 5-1 win at Bloxham in the final match of the Oxford & District League, sponsored by Yarnton Nurseries.
They leapfrogged Headington B, who lost 73-71 to champions Watlington, into second.
Woodstock were relegated despite an 83-73 win at City & County.
Relegated West Witney lost 5-1 Banbury Central A, who lifted the Division 1 title.
