A strike from Jamie Kennedy secured all three points for Ducklington in a 1-0 victory at strugglers Aston. The win keeps Ducklington two points clear at the top of the Witney & District FA Premier Division table.

Minster Lovell went down 4-1 to West Witney, who moved into second place.

A brace each from Karl Dodds and Kevin Lewis settled it with Nathan Harris getting a goal back.

Charlbury moved level on points with their opponents, Chipping Norton, after they picked up a 3-2 win over the visitors. Shaun Gilbert (2) and Jacob Hancock scored the goals.

Witney Royals went down 2-1 to Carterton Town A. Chris Coggins was on target for the hosts, but goals from Lee Moseley and Chris MacNeil won it.

Sean King scored the only goal as Hailey beat Hanbor-ough 1-0 at home.

Hailey Res remain five points clear at the top of Division 1 after a 4-0 triumph over Kingham.

Kristian Collis, Mo Semlali, Darryl Kew and John Andrews all netted. Bourton Rovers suffered their first defeat of the season as they were beaten 2-1 by Brize Norton. Pavel Brink got both for the visitors with a Richard Taylor own goal Bourton’s response.

FC Nomads were on the wrong end of a 5-1 thumping by Carterton Pumas. Dave Hurp scored for the hosts but goals from Dan Wilkinshaw (2), Kai Merrit, Shaun Dunlop and Ashley Davies clinched it.

Eynsham SSC emerged victorious 2-1 in their local derby against Freeland. Chris Greenaway scored for Freeland, but a brace from John Ayres earned the points for Eynsham.

North Leigh A beat Spartan Rangers 2-1. Justin Timms and Craig Greenhalgh scored for the hosts, with Matt Townsend getting one back.

FC Hollybush led 5-1 at home to AC Finstock before the Division 2 game was abandoned due to an injury to Finstock goalkeeper, Matty Claridge.

The stricken stopper was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital with a suspected fractured ankle.

Earlier, Karim Diallo (2), Dave Cooper (2) and Paul Dray had put Hollybush clear with Ashley Overton pulling one back for Finstock.

FC Mills earned their second three points of the season with a 2-0 win over Witney Royals Res. Matt Parr and Rob DeBanks netted. Milton also picked up the points via a 4-2 win over Bampton. Rob James (2), Dan Hooton and Leigh Hillary were on target for Milton with Adam Lee and Aaron Robbins hitting back for Bampton.

Witney Wanderers stunned visitors Carterton Rangers 7-1.

Middle Barton’s unbeaten run ended in spectacular fashion as they crashed 7-1 at Bampton United in Division 3. Conor Kelley grabbed a treble, with Connor O’Shea and Liam Ward getting braces. Lee Hays replied. Brize Norton Res lost a nine goal thriller at home to Minster Lovell Res 5-4.

Rob Brown (2), Lee Williams and Nigel Byng scored for the hosts, but Minster won it through David Souch, Nathan Bowles, Stuart Mitchell, Arron Mullis and Craig Sallis.

Carterton Town B thumped Charlbury Town Res 5-1 at home, thanks to a Dan Sollis hat-trick and a Mark Hawkins brace. Chipping Norton Res went down 3-2 to visitorsWootton. John Dunn scored both for the hosts, but Mitch Larman (2) and Dave Oliver gave Wootton the honours.

Tower Hill showed off their Division 4 title credentials after a 6-1 mauling of fellow promotion hopefuls Eynsham SSC Res. Jamie Goodwin and Gary Smith scored two with Joe Brown and George French getting the others.

Corinthians drew 3-3 at home to Aston Res. Frank Webb scored a treble for the hosts, but goals from Matt Gardener and Ben Waldron (2) brought parity to the scoreline.

Two first half goals for FC Hollybush Res were enough to take all three points at Chadlington Res in a 2-0 win.

Joe Hatt and Dean Spivey were on target for Hollybush.

Meanwhile, Joel Spalding scored a hat-trick in Spartan Rangers Res’ 6-0 home trouncing of Bourton Res in the first round of the Jack Busby Cup. Neil Jackson and Ben Allen got the others with goalkeeper Steve Thomas also hitting the target.

Ducklington Res edged to a 2-1 success at home to Kingham.

Matt Swift scored for the visitors, but goals from Josh Hartley and Aidan Ford settled the tie for the hosts.

Jacob Cook helped himself to a double as Wootton Res put their poor league form behind them with a 4-0 home thrashing of Milton Res.

Ryan Royal and Martin Brion completed the rout for the hosts.

Marcelo Guitherme scored a hat-trick adding to goals from Stu Morrison (2), Bernie Crumlish and Jamie Jackson. Ben Pearce replied.
