WITNEY continued their im-pressive form as they cruised to a 6-0 victory at Staines in Division 2 of the Men’s South League.
Tim Hardy fired Witney in front from a short corner routine, and he was involved in the second goal as his defence-splitting pass found Ben Wells, who opened his account.
Hardy added his second to make it 3-0 from another well-worked short-corner routine.
The home side exerted some pressure before half-time, but Witney regained control after the break to secure victory.
Wells added his second, with French import Frankie Clavaud also completing a brace.
Witney 2nd thrashed Ban-bury 3rd 5-0, thanks to a hat-trick from Tom Yallop and strikes from Dave Scott and Sam Taylor.
