Minster Lovell crushed reigning champions Cowley Internationals by 128 runs to extend their lead at the top of OCA League Division 1.

New signing Dave Prosper hammered 76 and Ed Dunn 40 in the hosts’ 276-8.

Despite an unbeaten half century from Hajji Sadiqi, Cowley crawled to 148-7 in reply, Jack Simpson taking 3-23 and Brian Barrett 3-28.

Chadlington picked up their first win of the season, beating visitors Charlbury by 17 runs.

Jason Ratcliffe hit 93 and Mark Lambert 56 as Chadlington reached 234-5.

Charlbury got close, thanks to Graham Atkins (48) and Ashley Rump (33), but fell to 217 all out, Martin Shepherd taking 3-45.

Chipping Norton stayed top of Division 2 with a nine-wicket win at home to Garsington.

The visitors were skittled for 69, with Adam Wallington taking 5-27.

Chippy then raced to 73-1, Mark Usher hitting 35 not out.

Witney Swifts fell to a twowicket defeat at home to East & West Hendred.

Josh Grant (65no) led Swifts to 171-7, but Hendred reached 172-8 with three balls to spare to seal victory.

In Division 3, Nikunj Patel saw Tetsworth to a 69-run win at Eynsham.

Tetsworth set 221-8 as Rana Mehul hit 53 not out.

Eynsham fell to 152 all in reply as Patel took 5-30.

Hanborough ended Wolvercote’s unbeaten record with a five-wicket home win.

Ben Proctor hit 50 and Toby Shelley 39 not out, but Wolvercote struggled to 125-8 in their 45 overs.

Marc Buckingham (38) and Matthew Neilsen (30) then led Hanborough to 126-5.

George Grace struck a magnificent unbeaten century to help Swinbrook to the top of Division 4 with a 55-run win at home to Britwell Salome.

Grace hit 103 not out and Tom Julian 55 as Swinbrook set 248-8, Neil Lawrence taking 5-42.

Stuart Symes struck 54 in Britwell’s reply, but they finished on 193-9 as Jack Morland took 4-54.

Stanton Harcourt defeated hosts Marcham by 56 runs.

Andy Walker’s 85 not out helped Stanton to 223-7.

The home side fell to 167 all out as Pettifer took 3-34.

West Witney stayed top of OCA League Division 5 with a three-wicket win at Garsington 2nd.

The home side got off to a shaky start at 5-2, before Stephen Prew’s 104 saw them to 203 all out.

Rhys Jones (62no) and Greg Inge (60) then led West Witney to 207-7 to seal it.

Charlbury 2nd fell to a 79-run defeat at home to Hook Norton.

Tim Lunel (74) and Jason Davis (52) were the stars in Hooky’s 212-7, while Charlbury’s Dean Warner-Carter took 5-52.

Craig Moss struck 54 not out for Charlbury, but they finished on 133-5.

An unbeaten 96 from Jacob Mayers set Minster Lovell 2nd’s on the way to a five-run win at West Ilsley.

Rob Lawson (59) and John Bowness (57) got Ilsley close to Minster’s 203-8, but they reached 198-9, Lawrence Allen taking 3-28.

Chipping Norton 2nd lost by 56 runs to Kidlington 2nd in Division 6.

Simon Townsend (69) and Sam Rodway (52) led the hosts to 226-9.

Chippy fell to 170 all out, Sam Townsend making 50, Sam Rodway taking 4-35 and Jim Blackford 4-36.

Combe crushed Swinbrook 2nd by 142 runs in Division 8.

They posted 177-9, despite Ryan Dadge’s 5-40, but Mike Eeley took 6-6 as Swinbrook crashed to 35 all out.
