Burford won the Division 1 title for the third time in four years, but only by the narrowest of margins.
The defending champions lost their final fixture 2-1 at bottom club Feldon Valley, but Dave Summers and Simon Hopkins’s one hole success proved crucial.
The single point saw Bur-ford tie at the top with Ellesborough, but took the crown by virtue of a better head-to-head record from the two meetings.
